Birthday Parties will be held at our Ocean Side location.


Private party - party room $380+gst $399 up to 25 kids max (includes birthday child)
Semi private party - lobby area $250+gst $262.50 up to 12 kids max (includes birthday child)

  • No additional kids above the maximum

  • No taping decor to the walls

  • Bring all your own supplies and food


1 hour of gym time with our certified instructors in the gym, which includes a bouncy castle, trampolines, foam pit, sprung floor, bars, balance beams and small equipment
A maximum of 45 minutes in the party room, as our staff needs time to clean the room to prepare for the next party arrival.


Parents bring your own supplies (plates, napkins, utensils, tablecloths), food, cake, and decorations (that do not need to be attached to walls). A small fridge/freezer is available.

  • Private party seats up to 25 kids including three 6ft tables and two 6ft tables for food, cake and supplies. Please note the capacity for your party is 25, which includes the party child and 24 guests. We do need to adhere to these numbers to provide the best party experience for your child/have enough seating/coaches, safety.

  • Semi private party seats up to 12 kids including one 6ft table and one 6ft table for food, cake and supplies.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to party start time.
All participants and accompanying adults need a waiver signed prior to entering the gym.
Birthday party guest list is required no later than 10 days prior to the party.
Kids only on equipment, party parent may take pictures in the gym, however, all other adults must remain in the lobby (unless supervising a child age 3 and under).


Payment in full is required at the time of registration! Registration is first come, first served.


To receive a full refund, you must request it in writing 10 days prior to your party. You are allowed to transfer to a different week if space is available. A refund will be issued in full with a medical note at any time. Absolutely NO refunds if proper notice is not given.


Here are a few guidelines to ensure your party runs
smoothly and will be one to remember!

  1. Children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult and directly supervised.

  2. Participants please remain in the lobby area/waiting room until instructors call participants into the gym. Birthday participants must be accompanied by an instructor when using the apparatus or when entering the gym.

  3. Adults are not allowed to participate on the apparatus. The adult participant’s role is to provide assistance to those children aged 3 years and under or for those children who are unable to participate safely on their own. All other adults may remain in the lobby/waiting area for the duration of the party or drop off and pick up at the end of the party.

  4. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. No food or drink is permitted in the gym. Please be aware when bringing in outside food that we are a nut-aware facility. Please do not bring any foods containing nuts or nut products.


The participant information provided is required for insurance purposes to ensure liability insurance coverage. Only liability insurance (not sport accident insurance) is provided for one-time visitors at birthday parties.

Full GymBC coverage is provided to any registered club members at birthday parties.
