SPECIALTY CLASSES

AERIAL SILKS 
A unique and fun workout! Aerial Silks course teaches you to work with your own body weight, and shape at various heights off the mats. It’s great for full body toning. The focus is on improving your motor skills, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. The program is for skill development and exercise. Adults may want to try this program too!!
AERIAL SILKS - BEGINNER LEVELS 1-3

(All Genders- 55 minutes)

This is an introductory class teaching basic skills while working in a knot. No previous experience is required.

AERIAL SILKS - INTERMEDIATE LEVELS 4-6

(All Genders- 55 minutes)

This is an Intermediate class working out of a knot with aerial skills and drops. Completion of Level 3 required.

AERIAL SILKS - ADVANCED LEVELS 7-12

(All Genders- 55 minutes)

This is an Advanced class working out of a knot with advanced aerial skills and drops. Completion of level 6 required.

AERIAL SILKS - TEEN/ADULT LEVELS 1-12

(All Genders- 55 minutes)

This is an introductory class teaching basic skills while working in a knot. Participants work towards climbing, advanced skills and drops. No previous experience is required.

TRAMPOLINE AND TUMBLING
A fun workout for those who want to bounce and tumble! Students will

e safely introduced to trampoline skills and progressions that lead towards more advanced skills. Tumbling skills will also be taught on our sprung floors and Tumble Trak.

TRAMPOLINE AND TUMBLING - BEGINNER LEVELS 1-2

(All genders- 55 minutes)

Students will learn basic trampoline and tumbling skills while working toward combinations. No previous experience required. 

TRAMPOLINE AND TUMBLING - INTERMEDIATE LEVELS 3-5

(All genders- 85 minutes)

Students will learn intermediate trampoline and tumbling skills, salto's and combinations. Completion of level 3 required.

TRAMPOLINE AND TUMBLING - ADVANCED LEVELS 7-12

(All genders- 1 hour 55 minutes)

Students will learn advanced trampoline and tumbling skills. Completion of level 6 required.

PARKOUR 
Parkour is the art of moving from point "A" to point "B" using the obstacles in your path to increase your efficiency. Think of it as a co-ed class to learn Spider Man's abilities (without the web) or how to be an amazing stunt person!

PARKOUR - LEVELS 1-3

(All genders - 55 minutes)

Participants will learn Parkour level 1-3 skills, basic gymnastics and trampoline skills. No previous experience required.

PARKOUR - LEVELS 4-6

(All genders - 55 minutes)

Parkour Level 4-6 is an intermediate Parkour class where students will progress to more challenging skills and combinations. Completion of level 3 required.

ACRO
Acro floor skills for Dancers and Cheer athletes to meet their
individual needs and interests.
ACRO - BEGINNER

(All genders - 55 minutes)

Beginner Acro teaches basic floor skills such as cartwheels, handstands and a bridge position. Emphasis will be on improved form, flexibility and execution of skills.

ACRO - INTERMEDIATE

(All genders - 55 minutes)

Participants will be challenged with complex and intermediate gymnastics skill progressions on various floor apparatus. Students should be able to do basic floor skills, and element combinations prior to attending Intermediate Acro.

ACRO - ADVANCED

(All genders - 55 minutes)

More advanced tumbling sequences will be taught and developed. Students should be able to do advanced floor skills, and element combinations prior to attending Advanced Acro.

RHYTHMIC & GYM
Rhythmic & Gym class will focus on the early stages of skill development through FUN, FITNESS and FUNDAMENTALS! Activities that improve agility, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness help children move confidently through life. Gymnastics also helps children integrate successfully in other sports and physical activities.

Rhythmic & Gym offers a fun and unique experience including creative movement, object manipulation and basic gymnastics progressions.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are 55-minute sessions booked with one (1) or two (2) athletes to work on skill-specific techniques. Lessons can be for recreational or competitive athletes and can also be for non-WRG athletes (Cheerleaders, Dancers, Figure Skaters).

Private lessons are geared toward a specific skill or goal, they are not used as regular class sessions. Private lessons help improve overall strength, body control, and the technique needed for these skills. In addition, private lessons will help your child reach their goals faster.
