AERIAL SILKS - BEGINNER
(6+ years old)
Aerial Silks classes are a great way to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination in a very unique way. Silks are a special fabric that hangs securely from the ceiling and have a large safety mat below. In our Aerial Silks - Beginner class, students are taught how to perform a variety of poses & sequences. All skills are taught close to the ground and with a knot tied in the silks so students are able to safely learn how to maneuver in the silks.
AERIAL SILKS - INTERMEDIATE
(6+ years old)
In our Aerial Silks - Intermediate class our instructors teach students how to use the fabric to climb, wrap, balance, spiral and suspend their bodies into and out of a variety of positions. Students will start low to the ground and gradually work higher off the ground as strength and body awareness grows.
Completion of Aerial Silks - Beginner required.
AERIAL SILKS - ADVANCED
(9+ years old)
For students looking for an exciting challenge our Aerial Silks - Advanced class offers them an opportunity to expand their skill set and complete increasingly difficult sequences & transitions. Students will need the strength and endurance to complete a routine in the air. Students may have the opportunity to learn Aerial Hoop at the instructor's discretion.
Completion of Aerial Silks - Intermediate required.

Participants will be introduced to element combinations & more advanced skills.
Previous gymnastics experience recommended.
(5 - 8 years old)
Parkour is the art of moving from point "A" to point "B" using the obstacles in your path to increase your efficiency, along with throwing flips and just generally expressing yourselves through movement.
(9+ years old - Adult)
Hybrid classes are an exciting way to use power, agility, speed and acrobatics through physical movement. Hybrid combines parkour, free running, and martial arts to develop and challenge coordination, reaction time, strength and acrobatic skills. Our skilled instructors incorporate climbing, running, jumping, vaulting, rolling, swinging, tumbling and balancing in every class in order to enhance the skill set of all participants.
TRAMPOLINE CANJUMP LVL 4-5
(Age 8+ yrs)
Students will learn intermediate trampoline skills while working toward combinations.
Completion of CanJump lvl 3 required.
TRAMPOLINE CANJUMP LVL 1-3
(Age 6+ yrs)
Students will learn basic trampoline skills while working toward combinations. This class will enhance your child’s skill development and comprehension of the trampoline in a safe environment.
TRAMPOLINE CANJUMP LVL 6-12
(Age 8+ yrs)
Students will learn advanced trampoline skills while working towards longer combinations including flips.
Completion of CanJump lvl 5 required.
